We invite you to Om Waters, a very unique place in the North of Thailand. Om Waters is a floating retreat place located in the Sri Lanna National park (1h30 drive from Chiang Mai). A place to connect with nature, slow down, and quiet the mind. An incredible place to immerse yourself and to learn Osteothai. Om Waters includes a yoga shala for our massage practice, a main houseboat for sleeping, eating and lounging and a full bathroom with outdoor showers, toilets and sinks. Living with simplicity and connected with Nature will take you back to simple joy!
Om Waters is situated in the middle of the Mae Ngat Somboon Chon lake. So we will float for 7 days, live, eat and practice massage on the same spot. Full-service catering with delicious Thai food and simple accommodation will be provided to make your stay so special. During free time, you will be able to go swimming, kayaking or use paddle boards to discover the lake.

The course

Here is the following part of Osteothai Internal organs 1 ! The Osteothai routine for the internal organs is a synthesis of the Eastern approach of the Hara and the Western practice of Visceral Manipulation. Focusing on Presence, Power, Precision and Patience, you will come into contact with and deepen your understanding of this liquid world. This course will give you precious tools for your practice, allowing a real detox of the internal organs, homeostasis restoration and organs-structure integration.

In Osteothai Internal organs 2, we focus on :

  • The digestive tube reorganisation
  • Internal organs and lower back connexions : the mesentery and kidneys
  • The Earth element organs : stomach, pancreas and spleen
  • Lower pelvis internal organs approach
  • Developing our multidimensional touch : Earth, Fire, Water and Air touch
