Thai massage is related historically and culturally to Buddhism and yoga. David and Cécile practice meditation and teach yoga and chi-gong. Each morning, before breakfast, we invite you to start the day with a meditation practice. Then either David or Cécile (often Cécile!!) invites you to join him/her to share a yoga or a Qi-gong class.

Practice space is always available for the opportunity to share and review in the evening.
